This position involves a 4-hour work day, 5 days per week.
Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 14:00 to 18:30 (GMT+3).
Verifying users’ identities and responding to their requests via Zendesk
Maintaining documentation relevant to all stages of GDPR/CCPA procedures
Monitoring the relevancy of the team’s GDPR/CCPA macros base, and relaying information to Information Security Officers as needed
English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher
Effective communication skills and an understanding of the principles of customer communication
Desire to work in a team
Time management skills and ability to multitask
Knowledge of the specifics of how to interact with players in a customer-service context
Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA
Knowledge of Zendesk functionalities
Gaming experience
Cooperation under a gig contract
