Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in talent/leadership development, HR consulting, or HR Generalist roles.
2 years of experience in scalable program design, management, and delivery, and change management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing Recruiting or HR programs in relation to market compliance requirements, hiring goals, or local obligations.
Experience identifying opportunities or managing potential or existing external partner agencies.
Experience analyzing information, drawing conclusions, generating alternatives and solutions, and evaluating outcomes.
Experience managing budgets, assessing return on investment from programmatic spend, and making improvements to programs.
Understanding of people/talent offering philosophies to carry out programs and projects across business areas, and current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
Understanding of market and stakeholder needs, conducting analysis, and making recommendations.
