- BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or similar engineering degree.
- Experience programming with MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, bash and/or Python.
- Experience with control system design such as Classical and Modern Control Systems Theory, System Identification algorithms, Estimation Theory and/or Signal Processing.
- 3+ years relevant industry experience.
- MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or similar engineering degree.
- Innovative and critical system-level thinker with control system design and debug skills.
- Desire to bring data-driven decision-making and analytics to improve our products.
- Highly professional and collaborative.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
