As a member of theSales team, you will be working with a team of Specialized sales resources to provide and sell the best-in-class support offerings to our Mid-Market and Corporate customers, contributing to build the momentum for digital transformation for our customers and partners as well as Microsoft itself. The SMthroughout thecross sellengines together with the SMand the Digital Salesnits.The focus of the Digital Solution Area Specialist role is to drive and close Unified Enterprise and Enhance Solution opportunities to ensure customers are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, improving their health and enabling customer outcomes and consumption.. This role is flexible in that you can work up to [50% / up to 100% from home / This role is Microsoft onsiteonly].

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)+ years of technology-related salesor services salesor account management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • OR equivalent experience

Language fluency both in Korean and English

or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • yearsof solutionsales or consulting services sales experience
  • + years of support solution delivery experience
  • Strategic thinking& execution. Ability to develop sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute complex opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution
  • identifyingandfacilitatingtheremoval of blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Scaling & Collaboration
  • the sales orchestration to proactivelyensuredeal closure byidentifyingand aligning internal stakeholders as well asleveragingand expanding relationships withaccount team.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Lead BDM and ITDM conversations, whileleveragingandsharingcompetitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal.
  • Sales Excellence
  • Manages the end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities aimed atmaintaininglevels of client satisfaction.
