As a Project Manager within our US Card Chief of Staff Office, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic business projects. As a member of the US Card Chief of Staff team, you will work with senior leaders across US Card, along with the US Card Leadership team to achieve our domestic and international geostrategy.
In this specific role, you will be responsible for helping to steer and execute on our US Card-wide Geography Strategy. You will focus on the overarching strategy to ensure our footprint serves our current and future strategic needs, both for our associates and our business. Additionally, you will partner with key leaders across US Card and the enterprise to develop the workforce strategy and measure its success over time.
General Responsibilities:
Drive our US Card-wide geostrategy inclusive of but not limited to:
Define our workplace strategy and develop our execution path towards strategic target
Project manage our workforce strategy to transition towards our philosophies and increase colocation
Manage executive level and US Card-wide geo related communications
Run monthly workforce and workplace reporting for executive plus audience
Liaison with Global Workplace Services (GWS) on workplace needs to ensure they are serving the needs of US Card associates
Develop and support hybrid workforce strategies and lead programs to enable associate success
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
The candidate should have:
Excellent communication, both written and verbal for executive + level audience
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
Strong project / program and process management skills
Strong understanding of data, inclusive of google sheets / excel basic formulas
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands and situations
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of analysis or strategy experience
6+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
