The team is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to help organize and extract meaning from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions regarding, growth, new initiatives and improvement projects. As a BIE you will be expected to set the right vision, strategy and roadmap and work alongside with stakeholders in the organization to make it happen. You will work with business intelligence tools, model multidimensional datasets, and partner with operational leaders to answer key operations questions.Key job responsibilities
- Work alongside Program Managers to develop solutions that are applicable at global level in the form of automated reports, dashboards or tools.
- Define parameters and success criteria for live tests to confirm/deny hypothesis in models.
- Design, implement, and support platforms that provide ad-hoc access to large datasets.
- Explore opportunities to apply ML techniques to modelling

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Experience with SQL, including class projects, personal projects, research, prior internships, or volunteer work
- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)

- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
- Experience in the data/BI space
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
