Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • 3+ years’ experience in Leadership experience in Construction Project Management and delivery.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Last Planner, and Leanmethodologyimplementation experience.

Preferred Qualification

Responsibilities
  • Develop andestablisha data center project execution frameworkleveragingAdvanced Work Packaging (AWP)and Last Plannermethodologies and techniquesacross a portfolio of projects.
  • Implementcollaborative planningwhilede-constrainingand de-riskingthe path of construction.
  • Work closely with regional construction leaders and PMs toidentifyoptimization/acceleration opportunities and develop effective strategies to implement them.
  • Facilitate the processofadopting Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)through acomprehensiveandsystemic changemanagement approachacross the EPCorganization.Act as anempoweredandrespected change agent.
  • Youwill be dedicated entirely to supporting the transition to Advanced Work Packagingfor planningpurposesand Last Planner techniques for execution excellence.Yourprimary focuswill be onfostering a spirit of collaboration and getting the entire team on board with AWPand Last Planner methodologies.
  • Demonstratereal, positional authority in Data Center Delivery (DCD), across the entire project team, and throughout the Data Centerproject lifecycle. They are much more than a consultant or advisor who makes recommendations.
  • Youwill be the go-to person for Advanced Work Packaging questions and havea deeptechnical understanding of AWP systems and processes, andintimatelyfamiliar with AWP roles and responsibilities.
  • On a day-to-day basis,youwill work directly with DCD teams, organize group training, and provide one-on-one coaching.On pilot projects,youwill customize templates and revise workflows. Throughout the project, the AWP Subject Matter Expert will proactivelyidentifyinternal roadblocks and work to address them by creating custom-fit AWPsolutionsfor the project or the organization.
  • Develop andestablishpath of constructionproject execution frameworkandexperienceidentifyingschedule constraints at both project and portfolio levels.
  • Describe the rationale for the breakdown and allocation of the project scope of work. Document the critical interfaces between work packages and how those interfaces will be managed.
  • Outline the processes used for communication between the people and teams responsible for work packages and deliverables.
  • Describe how the project intends to implement the Knowledge Management Plan. Detail how the project will ensure the progressive integration of critical activities in line with ISO 21500 (Integration)
  • Develop strategic relationships and collaborative processes with internal EPC stakeholders in datacenter design, supply chain, risk management, E2E program management, and with General Contractors and Trade Partnerstomanage project on time andpredictability of construction delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams. Foster partnerships andestablisheffective communication channels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with construction delivery optimization and growth initiatives.
