Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers.
- Experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
- OSHA 30 hour certification.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience contract management and discussing agreements.
- Excellent requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving schedule and budget goals skills.
