What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to sign high-value restaurant and business accounts in the assigned area of Spain, driving growth and market presence for Uber Eats.
  2. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, continuously identifying opportunities to expand Uber Eats’ reach in the local market.
  3. Build strong lasting relationships with local partners and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer data, and partner needs to tailor sales pitches and recommend solutions that align with each partner’s goals.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams to optimize the partner experience and address any challenges.

What You’ll Need

  1. Sales Experience +3 years with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Relationship-building & strong communication skills
  3. Negotiation Skills
  4. Go-get-it - Result-oriented mindset
  5. Local Market Knowledge
  6. Network in the Hospitality or Food Delivery Industry
  7. Experience in a fast-paced company or delivery company
