Reporting to the Director, Retail Operations, South-East Asia, this role is responsible for supporting the maximisation of profitability by supporting the implementation of Operational strategies, Omni-channel and Digital infrastructure opportunities which underpin the wider channel strategy.


Project Management

  • Coordination of assigned project work/ global initiatives to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives.
  • Prepare pre-project analysis; build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications and timelines.
  • Track progress of ongoing initiatives.
  • Run surveys with key stakeholders on policy/ project drafts and test these pilot projects when required
  • Training of users
  • Enhancement/ optimization of initiatives and processes


Store Operations / General Support

  • Basic re-occurring NS reporting via MSTR to Cluster SLT, RBO and Country Retail teams
  • House of Retail process optimization and adoption assessment and recommendations for future focuses and/ or course correction
  • Support Marketplace Expansion Senior Manager as required with BPM committee meetings, SSM maintenance and tracking store openings, closures and planned remodels
  • Act as a single point of contact for retail initiatives and gathering of best practices for the cluster, escalating and scaling these further where applicable
  • Gathering information in a timely, quarterly way FO promo plans, commercial moments and other initiatives that are designed to drive the business and in a timeframe that allows the cluster team to intervene or propose adjustments to said plans
  • Timely reporting on the measurable outcome of these moments, campaigns or product launches to fuel a process of continuous improvement and target achievement
  • Building off of channel priorities and initiatives, support the creation and launch of store tactical incentives to drive specific KPI outcomes
  • Support the cluster ops team to create project plans and initiatives that directly drive our net sales and move the retail formula in a meaningful way
  • Support the expansion of ways of working into new countries including, but not limited to, ThinkTime, HOR, GROW, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent Coordination and communication skills
  • High level of attention to details
  • High level of Retail knowledge and experience


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University or College Degree.
  • 2 years of relevant functional experience, ideally with direct Retail experience and exposure to project management/coordination.
  • Understanding of Retail, Finance, Control
  • Industry experience in Sports/Fashion/FMCG.
