We are seeking a goal-drivenData AnalyticsManager with extensive experience in delivering data-driven decision making & self-serve analytics tocustomer experience andbusinessoperationsIn this role, you will lead and collaborate closely with high-impactData engineers,data analysts, Businessanalystsand strategic customers to solve complex problems. You will communicate trends and innovative solutions to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product teams, and program management to deploy business solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field AND15+ years technical experience in data analysis and reporting, coding languages, business intelligence
- Master’sdegree in Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field AND12+years’ experiencein data analysis and reporting, coding languages, business intelligence
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product and/or program management across an impactful portfolio of projects & stakeholders.
- 5+ years customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience.
- 5+ years ofdemonstratedexperience working in a data intensive environment and translating business needs into data requirements (experience with Microsoft Azure stack, SQL, Python, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, Fabric, Machine Learning and AI).
- 5+ years people-management experience– build& grow teams
- Demonstratedexpertisein building, evolving and leading complex data platforms.
- Worked on Business Intelligence problems and have deep knowledge of backend databases, delivering high impact reports to stakeholders, building statistical models to solvereal businessproblems
