As a, you will be responsible for
Represents Worldwide Operations from a product perspective. Creates factory strategies and plans for Worldwide Operations based on product plans and roadmaps.
Utilizes metrics to improve new production, introduction process and product quality, at launch and throughout life of the program.
Ensures Operations achieves Ready to Ship Release and transactions intoproduction/sustaining.Transitions products from theOLP process to the sustaining phase.
Drives action plans and strategies to reduce overall manufacturing transformation cost. Drives quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier, new product introduction and manufacturing processes.
Drives continuous improvement in OLP process, product manufacturability and flexibility, and operations cycle time and quality.
Essential Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (i.e., dept/peer review).
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, as well as an understanding of company protocol.
Must be willing to travel to ODM sites at Vinh Phuc/ HaNam.
Desirable Requirements
Fluent speaking in Chinese
Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
