Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Defining and implementing all aspects of P&C programs and strategic projects, e.g. location strategy, strategic workforce planning for corporate functions) including concept development, planning, status updates, coordination with key stakeholders and overseeing on budget, on time and successful execution
Driving key deliverables and monitoring key performance measures of strategic projects independently
Developing and maintaining effective business partnerships, serving as a consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all P&C areas
Collaborating extensively across the worldwide P&C network to create impact for our business within various board areas, e.g. P&C, Finance & Accounting
Engaging with internal clients/business to deeply understand the business needs for successful transformation
What you bring
At least 8 years relevant experience in People & Culture/ HR Business partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment
Preferably experience in strategy development and consulting
Ability to lead large projects effectively within highly complex structures and in a virtual and global environment
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex topics and business requirements in a simple manner
High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data
High customer-orientation and strong consulting skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and integrative working style
Excellent communication and presentation skills(English/German verbal & written)
