Qualifications

5+ years Partner and Customer facing role of technology-related sales, architecture, or partner management experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience

Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft's cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Agent)

  • M365 tenant management​
  • Security, governance, and data access best practices
  • Adoption and Change management (Prosci)​
  • Build Copilot extensions​

Well Public Presentation and Speech skill is required

Experience in GCR partner ecosystem and regional sales plays

Familiarity with AI transformation, Copilot and Agent integration, and hybrid work enablement

Mandarin and/or English language proficiency

Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, MW, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)

Responsibilities
  • Build-With Execution: Lead partner engagements to co-develop repeatable industry/horizontal solutions, Practice, modernize offerings, and build Centers of Excellence (CoEs) aligned to Modern Work workloads.
  • Strategic Deal Enablement: Support solution assessments, Solution briefing, architecture reviews, POC and MVP development to unblock prioritized deals and drive customer success with Partners.
  • Solution Activation: Drive first 3 customer wins from Build-With efforts, ensuring technical readiness and deployment success.
  • Provide Technical Guidance and Support - Ensure successful implementation and optimization of cloud solutions, enhancing partner satisfaction and solution performance, to maximize the value of partner’ cloud investments and adapt efficiently to challenges.
  • Regional Collaboration: Align with GCR ATU, STU, and Channel Sales teams to orchestrate partner motions across PRC, HK, and TW.
  • Governance & Planning: Participate in monthly governance councils, track partner progress, and provide feedback to improve orchestration and execution.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, Copilot, and hybrid work scenarios, guiding partners through solution design and implementation.
