Technical competency

  • Sound knowledge of tax accounting, analysing financial statements, TB and Brokerage statements.
  • Very good knowledge of US Exempt organizations (Federal and State)
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, Candidate with QuickBooks experience would be added advantage.
  • Review of returns for private foundation entities (form 990PF) along with 990T
  • Knowledge on Quickbooks software, added advantage
  • Review of returns for Corporation (1120), Partnership (1065) & S corporation (1120S), added advantage
  • Knowledge of international forms like 5471 and 926
  • Should be very good with working MS office tools like Excel.
  • Should be comfortable in using tax compliance software like gosystem.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Develop, mentor and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts:

  • Act as a counsellor for Analysts and Advanced Analysts
  • Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions
  • Proactively seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure to different teams
  • Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team
  • Demonstrate basic presentation and public speaking skills, while actively participating in meetings
  • Communicate in face-to-face situations, by phone and via email, and determine the appropriate mechanism for communicating, given the situation
  • Display general knowledge of engagement “big picture” and work towards obtaining appropriate certification
  • Communicate your progress and the project status to supervisors
  • Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal
  • Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently

We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance
  • 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the similar field.
