What you’ll do:

Location: Waldoft (onsite attendance required 3 days per week)

In this role, you’ll:

As a Regional Partner Excellence Center Intern, you will provide critical operational support across our four regional teams. Your work will be central to the smooth execution of our key partner programs and investment frameworks.

  • Support the governance and administration of Ecosystem Build Funds (EBF) by maintaining staffing lists and tracking partner enablement activities.
  • Assist in the administration of our partner packaging framework (QPPS), helping to track and manage partner solution submissions.
  • Support the administration of our service offerings within the Partner Benefits Catalog (PBC), ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide operational support for our events process and governance, helping to manage logistics and track participation.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, reliable, and collaborative work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Onsite attendance in Walldorf required 3 days per week
