Major Responsibilities:
Develops and executes marketing plans that drive revenue growth, physician awareness, and market development of assigned products
– Develops and gains alignment around marketing plan and associated activities
– Partners with sales to drive effective physician communication regarding therapy/product positioning, pricing, applications, and pricing
– Develops national initiatives and ensure programs meet the needs of major trade channels
– Controls budget with regular tracking
– Interacts with Global physicians to drive local physician interaction and engagement
Marketing intelligence Development and maintenance
– Monitors product performance, competitor activities, analyses variances from plan and recommends remedial action as appropriate
Capability building for execution excellence
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum Experience Required:
– Possession of highest personal integrity and standards
– Focus on big picture while driving execution excellence
– Proactive results-oriented with “can do“ mentality
– Desire and capacity to coach and transfer skill/knowledge to others
– Strong strategic thinking with analytical mind
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
– Fluent both on oral and written English
Minimum Qualification:
– Preferred several years experiences in medical device, marketing field in MNC, with successful experience in product management.
