Asan Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturingoperations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategiesto optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives,and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operationalexcellence. With your expertise and leadership, you will contribute to thegrowth and success of our organization. You will report directly to our Global PPE Advanced Manufacturing EngineeringManager and you’ll work out of our Nabeul, Tunisia location on a hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by optimizing productionprocesses and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributionswill result in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in ourmanufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront ofadvanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative andhigh-quality products to our customers. Your contributions will directly impactour bottom line and help us maintain our position as a global technologyleader.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
  • Execute AME deliverables for assigned NPI Projects to meet agreed upon timelines.
  • Coordinate with sites the execution of assigned Capex Projects to meet project budgets and timelines.
  • ProvideAME resource to assigned transition/repositioning projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineeringor a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as injectionmolding, mechanical assembly, automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.

We Value:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with industrial robotics and machine vision systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experiencein 2D & 3D CAD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
