As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. With your extensive experience and leadership skills, you will contribute to the success and growth of our organization. You will report directly to our Manager and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount North Carolina location on an Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact our operational performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in the market.

• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals

• Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

• 3+ Years experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization

• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements

• Excellent leadership and people management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Expertise in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes

• Ability to think strategically and drive change in a dynamic environment

• Strong project management skills

• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
