Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with multiple years of experience leading teams to design, develop and support products/solutions in complex IT environments.

• Proven experienceas a people manager.

• Strong knowledge of the foundations of secure IT infrastructure, IP networkingand system administration

• Knowledge or experience of security requirements, controls and solutions

• sense of accountability, solid project management and outstanding communication skills

• across multiple continents and cultures.

• Experience of the challenges of system and service management in high security domains.

• Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions

Security Clearance Requirements:

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Customer or government screening requirements as needed over time.
