In Experience Management we support the business in order to identify the right person, at the right time, in the right place to ensure our people, teams and clients are successful. In this position you will be responsible to match resource needs with availability, while taking into consideration skills required, personal preferences of individuals, and the overall engagement risk. This entails coordination with other experience managers and client service leaders to balance workloads and address staffing needs as required

Responsibilities
- Ensureresource schedules are timely and accurately updated on theschedulingtools
- Optimize resourceutilization through effectivescheduling strategies
- Develop a strong business continuityframework forself and team
- Developstrong workingrelationshipswithclient servers aswell as with experiencemanagementteamsonshore.
- Independently responds to EM and internal client’s ad hoc reporting requests while also being responsible for producing reoccurring reports within agreed upon deadlines
Toualifyortherole,oumusthave
- 1-3 years of experience
- Advance English level
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
