Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a solid understanding of supply chain or manufacturing environment.
Advanced analytical and statistical skills, with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering actionable insights.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through successful execution.
A detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational capabilities, and a high degree of self-motivation.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Cultural agility and experience working across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills in English—verbal, written, and visual.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL.
Familiarity with Nike’s planning systems and reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills is a plus.
You will play a key part in driving operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, lead data-driven analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply challenges.
Drive Purchase Order (PO) collaboration and issue resolution at assigned factories to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Lead the implementation of Nike’s strategic projects and process excellence initiatives to optimize delivery to consumers and the marketplace.
Contribute to the successful deployment of corporate strategies through smooth operational transitions.
Apply strong analytical skills to gather, validate, and interpret data for action planning and risk mitigation.
Drive collaboration proactively with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve supply challenges before and during PO execution.
Participate in root cause analysis to address performance gaps and system data issues.
Communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures, influencing outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
Lead and initiate projects and programs that enhance and optimize overall supply chain efficiency and support long-term strategic goals.
Act as a subject matter expert and escalation gathering point for complex issues.
Represent the team in regional or global forums and contributes to policy/process design.
