Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Experience leading software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business hardware or services company and engaging with accounts, selling solutions at C-level.
  • Experience working with greenfield customers or acquiring new business.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently for this customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and German with local and international stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
  • Experience selling Infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software with a demonstrated track record working towards sales goals.
  • Knowledge of working with clients in the automotive sector (OEMs).
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customers’ technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Demonstrated success with large commercial and legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises.
  • Exhibited confidence in a board-room atmosphere while providing advice to executive management.
