Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
Experience leading software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business hardware or services company and engaging with accounts, selling solutions at C-level.
Experience working with greenfield customers or acquiring new business.
Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently for this customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and German with local and international stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
Experience selling Infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software with a demonstrated track record working towards sales goals.
Knowledge of working with clients in the automotive sector (OEMs).
Ability to work with sales engineers and customers’ technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
Demonstrated success with large commercial and legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises.
Exhibited confidence in a board-room atmosphere while providing advice to executive management.
