You will:
Be a member of a Splunk engineering team that is on the leading edge of innovation related to the tool
Guide customers on how to ingest, store, process, understand and explore/visualize data on the within Splunk. You will work on data migrations and transformational projects, and with customers to design large-scale data processing systems, develop data pipelines optimized for scaling, and troubleshoot potential platform challenges
Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
Prepare, review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degrees
Relevant experience with Linux administration combined with knowledge of Linux infrastructure
Splunk administration experience and exposure to data stream processing capabilities within Splunk
Understand licensing consumption and overall Splunk platform efficiency.
Experience with Development Tools for CI/CD, Unit and Integration testing, Automation and Orchestration, REST API
Desirable Requirements
Experience with the implementation of data stream processing capabilities within Splunk
Define high-level data and analytics strategies, including technology components such as AI/ML, MDM, and Big Data (among others)
