Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Develop a deep understanding of user journeys across all workplace technology interactions and assigned user segments, and then leads teams across the firm to develop solutions via a coordinated roadmap and backlog
- Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Product, SMEs, Operations, Technology)
- Manage internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of solutions
- Oversee the project governance process, reporting out and presenting on project status to senior stakeholders
- Lead the full life cycle of pilot client implementations, including setup and testing, ensuring a successful end-to-end client experience during product implementations of varied complexity
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Proven experience of building solid, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders
- Understanding of delivery and proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Knowledge of workplace technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to senior management
- Practical experience in managing agile, cross-functional teams, often through influence
- Proficiency in Confluence and Jira
