The MR Zone Clinical Leader will be the clinical ambassador for GE HealthCare SIGNA™ MR in this region and will maintain a high level of KOL satisfaction through advanced application support. This role will strongly contribute to the overall commercial success by demonstrating clinical and technical advantages of GE HealthCare MR solutions through clinical marketing evidence and image review. Eventually, this position will take part in external communication (radiology congresses, GE HealthCare events) and internal training of clinical education specialist (CES).
Deliver high-quality image demonstration to showcase GE HealthCare MR solutions
Drive clinical evidence generation using GE HealthCare SIGNA™ MR installed at KOL sites
Provide advanced application support (protocol optimization) on KOL installed base and any new product introduction (NPI) in the region (software, hardware)
Sustain product sales specialist with competitive analysis (strength/weaknesses) regarding clinical applications, coils, or post-processing
Contribute to build commercial strategy and product configuration based on clinical customers’ needs
Encourage promotion of GE HealthCare SIGNA™ MR solutions through customer testimonial, webinar, social media post (LinkedIn), SIGNA Pulse article
Actively participate in the EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) Zone Clinical Leader network to share best practices and success stories
Nurture Product Manager with customers’ feedback to constantly improve GE HealthCare SIGNA™ MR solutions
Assist speakers during GE HealthCare MR industry symposium or local promotional events
Share clinical expertise and best practices with CES to contribute to their development
Maintain & increment an EMEA MR image database that concentrates the best clinical cases to showcase GE HealthCare SIGNA™ MR clinical outcomes potential
Participate in fixing CSO (Customer Satisfaction Opportunity) at KOL sites
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Imaging or Physics
Strong knowledge of MR Physics, pulse sequences and image reconstruction
Demonstrated experience in MR acquisition as an engineer, physicist or radiographers
Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
Familiarity with GE HealthCare MR Systems and research on those systems
