Main tasks for the PMO Manager in this phase would include:

Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships across multiple functions and organization levels
Good analytical, judgment, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills
Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management ability
Adept at MS suite with experience in business case & proposal build outs
Ability to multi-task across various engagements while retaining relevant insight into individual projects
Ability to coach and develop team members to deliver effectively in complex environments
Desired experiences:
At least 8 years of working with major global corporation (Big 4, Finance shared services etc.) with at least three years in project delivery or engagement/ account management
Have formal education in commerce/ finance
At least 2 years of client facing experience
Knowledgeable in finance processes and be able to deal with large volumes of data
Proficient on MS Project/ Word/ Excel/ Power Point
