Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 6 + years of experience in Semiconductor Integrated Circuits Product Development and Parts Production with successful deliveries of New Product Introductions of multi-generation Integrated Circuits products thereby enabling a foundation for Volume Production.
  • 6 + years of experience working with external suppliers.
  • 5 + years of supporting silicon development in production costing, planning and analysis

Other requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Hands-on ownership, execution and results oriented approach to conducting business.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting information impactfully in an oral and written manner to leadership and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
  • Experienced in Product Costing, Planning and Analysis, identifying and driving Cost Reduction Initiatives.
  • Experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems, Tracking Systems, etc

Responsibilities
  • Work in the building, forecasting, executing and reporting of the Division’s Research and Development and Operating Expenses budgeting process throughout the fiscal year on a rolling basis.
  • Work with Supply Chain Planning to translate demand into supply along with necessary details of Bill of Materials quantity, tooling, schedule, resource and trade-offs required in support of this objective and in alignment with the budget.
  • Build Cost of Goods Sold cost models for our Systems on Chips based on application of silicon manufacturing economics.
  • Utilize key inputs such as the manufacturing process, yields and manufacturing process health data to arrive at the desired Cost of Goods Sold. Perform What-If analysis, set Cost of Goods Sold targets and identify initiatives to continually drive cost reduction. Utilize industry knowledge to perform competitive analyses.
  • Lead and program manage key projects to drive work streams cross-functionally across a range of teams, sites, and internal and external organizations to meet the required program objectives.
  • Closely work and partner with multiple stakeholders and organizations in the preparation of high-quality and high-impact Executive level presentations that span from technical to business and from strategic to tactical.
  • Proactively identify, define, develop, complex issues, risks, trade-offs and make effective oral and written presentations to leadership with recommendations to drive business value and drive issues to closure in a repeatable and quality manner.
  • Engage and drive Divisional stakeholders in important tasks that are key to the smooth execution of the various business cycles.
  • Own and lead a variety of workstreams to drive efficient Engineering and execution of the Supply Chain with predictable results in support of Division Operations such that our various multi-generation product platforms are delivered on schedule and on budget.
  • Understand and work closely with various end-to-end service providers of the entire Integrated Circuits (IC) Supply Chain, that includes Foundry / Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test and key components suppliers, that are critical to the successful completion of New Product Introductions (NPIs) of complex, multi-generation products.
