As an Associate in the Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Servicing Operations team, you will be responsible for the ETF Servicing offering at JPMorgan, which includes ETF Order Taking, Order fulfillment, Basket Creation and PCF publication on behalf of ETF client along with managing the relationships with Authorized Participants. You will also be an effective mid-level manager with ETF experience and manage a team of individuals responsible for the service delivery to ETF clients. In your new role, you will demonstrate thought leadership and solid combination of industry knowledge with client service skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all ETF order activity and related queries
  • Manage the client’s trading activity (daily) including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queries
  • Publish on a daily basis the key deliverables to external stakeholders
  • Participate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETF
  • Reconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and Transfer Agency (TA) deliveries
  • Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products
  • Provide monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting to clients and senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of industry experience
  • Quick learner both technical knowledge and systems
  • Effective analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial and time management skills
  • Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organization
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties
  • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
  • Results orientated; ability to create and sustain a target driven environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • ETF industry experience (3+ years)
  • Advanced Excel skills, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), etc
  • Excellent knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income
  • ETF cash component expertise
