Key Responsibilities
• Drive the redesign of core HR processes (e.g., workforce administration, organizational management, compliance workflows) with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with clients to define future-state HR operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and digital HR solutions.
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR technologies aligned with transformation goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR solutions into broader business strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on enhancing employee experience through process simplification, automation, and digital enablement.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR transformation, organizational design, or process optimization.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel (15–20%) to support client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in consulting or deep functional HR expertise.
• Familiarity with digital HR platforms and tools (e.g., HCM systems, workflow automation, employee experience platforms).
• Experience leading or contributing to full-cycle HR transformation projects.
