10+ years' experience in Sales/Sales Management, Sales Strategy & Planning, Operations, in a Sales Environment
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Executive maturity, organizational agility and strong impact and influence competencies. Ability to manage ambiguity and manage complexities.
- Self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively across groups (business and functions) in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong project management skills: ability to drive multiple projects forward, effectively leveraging all resources to drive results.
