As a Maintenance Mechanic here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and machinery.You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues,performing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the overall reliabilityand efficiency of our operations. You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor and you'll work out ofour Spokane, WA location. In this role, you will impact our operations by ensuring the smooth functioningof our equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime, and maximizingproductivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issuesin equipment and machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance tasksto ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular inspections toidentify potential issues and address them proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance activities and equipment performance
- Repair of production and facilities equipment including but not limited to pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, CNC’s, casting equipment both open air and chamber, pumps, chemical processing systems, instrumentation, presses, and robotic cells.
- Help and lead Installing, troubleshooting, adjusting and repair of industrial equipment.
- Perform basic and advanced preventive and predictive Maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Brings forward safety and continuous improvement ideas

The Salary Range for thisposition is $25.54 - $41.29 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors includingexperience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as aMaintenance Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanicalsystems and equipment
- Proficiency in diagnosing andrepairing mechanical issues
- Ability to read and interprettechnical manuals and blueprints
- Core strength in one of the following skillsets electrical, fabrication, machining, welding, HVAC or 5 years’ experience in maintaining industrial equipment.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience.
- High Vacuum experience
- Industrial plumbing experience

- Technicalcertification or associate degree in a related field or four years relatedexperience and/ training in your area of primary trade
