As a Maintenance Mechanic LVL-4 here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of ourfacilities in Baltimore, MD. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance,troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems. In this role, you will impact the operationalefficiency and productivity of our facilities by ensuring the properfunctioning of mechanical equipment and systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment andsystems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and repair orreplace defective components.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems andequipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinatemaintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe workingenvironment.
