Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity working with AI technologies, especially generative AI, and familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the field.
  • Experience shipping enterprise-qualityproducts, andmanaging complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse teamwith both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change while staying true to customer needs through experimentation and customer studies.
  • Proficient analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and customer feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Passionate, creative, and customer-focused, and driven by a growth mindset and a desire to learn and improve.
  • Team player, confident,independent,and enthusiastic.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $79,600 - CAD $153,000 per year.

  • Lead iterative feature development process from just an idea, through the implementation stage and all the way to the launch.

  • Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the products and use data and feedback to inform product decisions and iterations.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to the development team and stakeholders.
