Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide a best-in-class user experience for the Samsung Knox web portal, delivering the right messaging and a brand-enhancing experience to our enterprise customers
  • Closely collaborate with the product strategy and marketing team to ensure the best positioning of each product throughout the customer journey to maximize cross and upsell
  • Create a content architecture and plan designed to provide the right information to the right people at the right time
  • Set clear goals and strategy, including how the website should evolve to meet customer information needs
  • Actively review and refine the online experience of customers, ensuring that site content, organization, and user experience are designed with a customer-first mindset
  • Closely collaborate with data analytics, UX design and research, engineering, QA, operations and business teams to ensure the product vision and roadmap gets executed
  • Define and articulate business requirements including the rationale behind feature changes in order to drive product clarity
  • Balance shifting priorities, limited resources, and dependencies; change direction quickly where necessary
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on website and user metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the product management process that best maximize efficiency and continuously evaluate innovation for the product, including market and competitive research

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 8 years of customer and UX-focused product management experience, ideally focusing on enterprise customer facing web applications

  • Domain knowledge of cloud-based solutions includingenterprise mobility management

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion, and comfortable working across different cultures and time zones

  • Proficient in creating product requirement documents and utilizing tools such as confluence and JIRA

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and web optimization

  • Technical experience gained in software development, systems integration or solutions architecture

  • Experience across multiple software development methodologies, specifically Agile

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Ability to confidently deal with ambiguity and uncertainty

  • An aptitude to learn and to innovate in a rapidly changing environment

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $94,902 to $147,400 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
