As our next Quality Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our quality systems through internal audits, process improvement programs, and collaboration with key partners to gather constructive feedback. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement standardized production, quality, and customer service standards.
• Identify potential risks and address them proactively through root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits, compiling detailed reports of findings.
• Build and lead a strong team through coaching, mentoring, targeted training, and performance evaluations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems, specifically IATF16949.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Zacatecas.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with specific software, tools, or methodologies related to quality management.
