Key Responsibilities:
    • Revenue Accounting:
    • Utilize Oracle ERP to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for revenue analysis.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across revenue-related reporting.
    • Analyze revenue trends, aggregate data and create billing files..
    • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue close processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, billing files and flux analysis.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc revenue reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
    • Billing:
    • Oversee billing processes which includes invoicing, applying credits, and account reconciliations.
    • Utilize Oracle ERP for accounts receivable functions, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
    • Generate accurate customer invoices, verify pricing, terms, and payment details.
    • Reconcile customer accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
    • Collaboration and Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand revenue impacts and discrepancies.
    • Serve as the primary Oracle ERP expert, driving projects to enhance revenue recognition and accounts receivable processes.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize revenue recognition and accounts receivable efficiency.
    • Document and provide training on Oracle software and revenue recognition processes.
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. CPA is nice to have.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting and/or accounts receivable.
    • Extensive Oracle ERP experience required; Salesforce experience preferred.
    • Understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and accounts receivable best practices
    • Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
    • Communication and problem-solving skills.
$88,000 - $110,000 a year
