Responsibilities and Duties

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for production or testing processes.

Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automated systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with standards (including RTCA DO-330).

Apply Measurement System Analysis (MSA) techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of measurement systems used in automation processes.

Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and propose innovative solutions.

Create detailed technical documentation, including manuals, technical specifications, and test reports.

Provide technical support and training to end users.

Monitor and maintain existing automation systems, addressing any malfunctions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Proficiency in designing, validating, and managing the lifecycle of test setups.

Familiarity with measurement and analysis tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimeters.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in Italian and proficiency in technical English (written and spoken).
