Within SaT, our Strategy&Operations group provides a full range ofincluding corporate and growth strategy,
Your key responsibilities
Support clients in planning and implementing the HR/People elements for organizational restructuring and transactions programmed at both strategic and operational levels;
Work on national and international engagements and ensure adherence to statutory and anti-trust regulations;
Structure and manage projects of work which meet and exceed client expectations;
Support clients in HR Transactions/People related matters through all stages of pre-transaction and post deal;
Manage and maintain client relationship;
Analyze data and present high quality, risk-managed reports/conclusions to clients;
Close collaboration on M&A projects with other EY teams.
Skills and attributes for success
At least 2 years of post-graduate experience and a proven track record working on transactions projects, ideally on performance of HR Due Diligence / HR separations / HR integrations / corporate restructuring assignments;
Experience with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or Labor Law
Proficiency in English AND German. French or Italian advantageous. Additional languages a plus;
Strong motivation to join a fast-paced environment;
A curious mind with the ability to structure problems in a systematic and organized fashion;
Strong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse team across functions and geographies;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the aptitude to coach junior team members;
Proven track record in successful project management.
