- Develop strong partnerships with EMEIA store and market leadership through attending weekly field leadership calls, visiting stores virtually and in person and providing technical leadership for store performance.- Support EMEIA stores physically or virtually for all key retail moments, campaigns, NSOs, and refreshes, and provide mentorship to all stores during new initiative roll outs and high priority issues.- Lead all aspects of equipment delivery, resource scheduling and systems setup for NSOs and upgrades. Lead & support mentors through the NSO week(s).- Provide regular insight updates to leadership, efficiently representing the field & inspiring change.- Ability to use automation and tools to develop and maintain consistency within the networking infrastructure.
