The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, creative and analytical growth leader to drive Partnership Marketing for Venmo. In this role, you will:

Bring break-through marketing ideas to the table, with an extensive analytic and data-driven approach to planningand prioritization
Requisite Experience
  • Marketing or Partnership Manager with 6+ years experience (Partner Management + Marketing Strategy experience highly valued)
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals; project management experience – aligning multi-stakeholder groups and utilizing relationships and resources to drive results
  • Marketing experience executing campaigns across a diverse range of channels – and within a rapidly evolving business environment
  • Strong analytical thinker with an innate curiosity to understand and manipulate data; Confident in drawing insights from data to glean learnings and inform strategy
  • Outstanding Communications and Executive Presence: can partner, influence and thrive in a global matrixed organization with an ability to present to all levels of colleagues
  • Customer Champion with demonstrated track record in designing marketing solutions with customer at center
  • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Empathetic, collaborative and flexible working in high-pressure fast-paced environments
