Your role:
Lead and prioritize Hospital Patient Monitoring, Emergency Care, and Ambulatory Medical Device Clinical Application Specialists.
Allocate resources based on workload forecasts and business priorities.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Clinical Specialists to prioritize installations and support initiatives aligned with sales targets.
Coordinate team schedules and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Arrange necessary supplementary resources to support the clinical application specialist team effectively.
Conduct regular team meetings and participate in customer site visits to oversee interactions and training sessions.
Provide coaching and professional development to foster teamwork, engagement, and exceptional customer service..
Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures.
Lead employee selection, development, goal setting and performance management for the clinical applications team.
You're the right fit if:
Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and development.
You will bring a strong Clinical background within Critical Care and relevant qualifications.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Previous experience in a commercial setting, ideally with exposure to sales processes.
Strong attention to detail, data management skills, and business acumen.
Willingness to travel within Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally across the APAC region.
