Your role:

• Lead and prioritize Hospital Patient Monitoring, Emergency Care, and Ambulatory Medical Device Clinical Application Specialists.

• Allocate resources based on workload forecasts and business priorities.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Clinical Specialists to prioritize installations and support initiatives aligned with sales targets.

• Coordinate team schedules and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.

• Arrange necessary supplementary resources to support the clinical application specialist team effectively.

• Conduct regular team meetings and participate in customer site visits to oversee interactions and training sessions.

• Provide coaching and professional development to foster teamwork, engagement, and exceptional customer service..

• Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures.

• Lead employee selection, development, goal setting and performance management for the clinical applications team.

• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and development.

• You will bring a strong Clinical background within Critical Care and relevant qualifications.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Previous experience in a commercial setting, ideally with exposure to sales processes.

• Strong attention to detail, data management skills, and business acumen.

• Willingness to travel within Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally across the APAC region.
