JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Oversee a portfolio of at least 10 major customers and partners.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate senior executive relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Account Development: Work on new key accounts identified by Honeywell, nurturing them to fruition.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, deal negotiations, and closures.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into accounts.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Balanced Approach: Balance outstanding customer service with strategic account planning; manage quarterly results and long-term goals.
  • Account Planning: Create account plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations at customer locations.
  • Site Inspections: Inspect installed equipment at customer locations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain CRM system integrity with up-to-date sales activities, meeting notes, business plans, quotations, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Performance Reporting: Report weekly performance on specific opportunities, sales data, incentives, product releases, trends, and key performance indicators.

Your Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Norwegian.
  • Technical Sales Experience: Proven experience in technical sales and working with safety-related products.
  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of the gas detection industry.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience presenting to senior technical customers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in high-value negotiations.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license.
