As a Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination functions within the UOP organization in Korea. This role involves ensuring the successful execution of complex programs and projects, as well as managing a team of program control professionals. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you'll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficient and successful execution of programs and projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning and scheduling, monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and analyzing project performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the program controls function for projects and programs

• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies

• Monitor and control project costs and budgets

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
