Sr. Project Specialist - UOP ChinaEngineering Center
You will report directly to Sr Program Manager and you'll work out of ourShanghai location on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plan
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and efficiency
Ensure project positive cashflow and all payments to be invoiced and collected timely Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Chemical industry equipment project management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering equipment projects on time and within budget
WE VALUE
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or A Construction Division
Experience in the refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries
Knowledge of UOP process technologies and equipment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), MS Project
Being familiar with SAP functionality
Additional Requirements
Travel required: 25%~35%
