Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the short & long term vision, strategy and development of Pagaya’s new products growth
- Scoping, ideation and market analysis regarding the demand and feasibility of innovative solutions
- Coordination amongst various internal and external stakeholders, including Research, Partnership, Engineering, Credit Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance and Marketing:
- Exploring and scoping of partners’ pains and needs
- Identification of new data and business partners
- Specification of research, analysis, data, and development requirements, including feature design, prioritization and deployment
- Creation and validation of business models and Go-to-Market strategies
- Alignment and prioritization within existing workstreams and roadmaps
- Actively managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity, turning needs and ideas into operational products and systems
- Presenting and communicating to both C-level executives and technological SMEs, within Pagaya and with our various external partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Product Management experience, with significant background in Product Strategy or Business Development
- Proven experience in working closely with data and ML teams
- Experience with product development lifecycle, process flows, and working in a fast-changing environment, including early-stage product development
- Ability to effectively strategize, prioritize and execute tasks using data-driven and analytical decision making
- Highly independent, fast learner, with the ability to quickly identify and address strategic and operational needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Background in Finance, Credit or Fintech - a big advantage
- Prior roles in marketing or credit analytics, preferably in both, to develop insights into product or campaign performance - a big advantage
- Robust technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
