As part of our team, you'll help clients unlock value through digital enablement and AI. You'll provide strategic advice highlighting AI as a key value driver in business transformations and guide investors on disruption risks and value creation opportunities.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant or Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in managing workstreams or projects in digital and AI strategy, value creation, or M&A tech assessments. You will also lead go-to-market efforts in specific sectors, including sales initiatives and the development of discussion materials and proposals.
- Leading digital and AI projects, including (but not limited to) digital and AI strategy, roadmap development, value creation, operating model design, and commercial and tech assessments in the M&A context
- Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with colleagues across the organization
- Supporting digital and AI initiatives and go-to-market for specific sectors (core focus on telecom, technology, manufacturing and industrials, private equity, consumer and financial services)
- Collaborating across EY service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
- Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting our focus on creating a great workplace (e.g., upskilling broader team on AI, recruitment)
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven, minimum 3-5 years of experience, in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with a digital/AI focus
- Strong understanding of digital and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset

- Business development experience
- Be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels in EY and with clients, both in the Nordics and internationally
