User support for end users of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, eDetail)
Create and update training materials (training guides and videos)
Deliver trainings to the field teams on the Salesforce applications and lead our Coaching Program
Create and update dashboards and reports to support decision-making management of business strategies and analytics.
Manage and further develop the CRM system and contribute to improvements in the sales processes.
What do we look for in you:
You have just finished or are in the final stages of your studies of business administration, IT, controlling or a comparable course of studies.
For the work in an international team, you definitely have business fluent English skills and native or C1 level of German. Any other European language as Spanish, French, or Italian is plus.
You are characterized by an analytic mindset and proactively seeking guidance if required.
You have a growth mindset and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
Ideally, you already have strong Microsoft-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
You are able to work independently and stay focused during busy periods.
You have strong communication skills and team-oriented way of working.
