Offering (Pricing)
- To ensure Business Operating Guidelines are followed for HISB hub projects / opportunities.
- Maintain HISB Hub Pricing Guidelines up to date and ensure the compliance to the HISB hub guidelines.
- Participate in Product Approval Committee meetings and provide regional inputs/approvals.
UPT Sales Support
- Developing technically innovative solutions to sales opportunities both for revamp and new units. All Sales Support projects/job will be aligned with UPT Regional Sales Director
- Working with Sales, Engineering and Business to develop technical proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies as needed.
- Actively supporting UPT Project Sales Senior Manager and his team to develop competitive project economics by coordinating with internal stake holders, customers’ project economics in order to maximize the win rate as well as to support customer’s project economics (e.g. attaining a high level of Yield Estimating capability in the pertinent technologies, taking the lead role at customer meetings for bid clarifications, technology updates, technical proposal review and general positioning of respective technologies).
- Be part of Strategy development team by Identifying project economics is to provide the most economically attractive solution to customers as well as assisting sales to position UOP to win in each undertake projects.
- Continuous to advise HISB on UPT Work Process Improvement.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's Engineering/Science degree, or advanced professional certification preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20%.
- Prior experience in commercial sales, technical sales, engineering, technical service, or R&D.
- A total of 10+ years of experience, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
- In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies.
- Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates.
- Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed environment.
- Extensive management experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers.
